Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts for the use of the online platform "CommTraining" ("Platform"), operated by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] ("Provider"), between the Provider and its customers ("User").

§ 2 Subject of the Contract

The Provider offers interactive communication and mediation exercises via the Platform. User input (text and optionally voice) is processed and evaluated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems. Use is billed against a prepaid usage credit that is consumed as the service is used.

§ 3 Registration and User Account

Use requires registering a user account. The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to keep login credentials confidential.

§ 4 Usage Credit, Prices, Payment

Use of the AI-powered features is billed against actual consumption of previously purchased credit. Current prices are shown on the Platform. Payments are processed via the offered payment providers. Outside the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 6), there is no entitlement to a payout of unused credit.

§ 5 Use of Artificial Intelligence

Evaluation of exercise answers, and where applicable transcription of voice recordings, is performed by AI systems of external providers. The User is informed of this separately and must give explicit consent before first using the microphone feature. AI-generated results (e.g. feedback, scores) are produced automatically and do not constitute professional advice.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Users acting as consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of contract conclusion. This right can be exercised via the "Withdraw" function in the customer account, where enabled, or informally by email to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Exercising the right cancels the corresponding credit; the refund of the amount paid is processed separately via the original payment method.

§ 7 Usage Rights and Obligations

The User agrees not to misuse the Platform and not to submit unlawful, offensive content or content that violates third parties' personal rights.

§ 8 Liability

The Provider is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. No warranty is given for the accuracy of AI-generated evaluations and recommendations; they do not replace professional mediation, psychological, or legal advice.

§ 9 Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy section of the "Services & Pricing" page.

§ 10 Changes to these Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with effect for the future. Existing Users will be informed of material changes in good time.

§ 11 Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
