The Mediation Academy Online is a digital training centre for professional mediation. The platform enables mediators to practise and develop their communication and methodological skills in a practical way.
The various exercises are generated by an LLM* (Large Language Model) and assessed by an LLM* according to various criteria. If you wish, these assessments can be saved so that you can track your learning progress.
Costs
The service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis; you pay for what you use, and there is no standing charge. You can currently top up your account using a credit card or by bank transfer.
The cost of each exercise is displayed, and you can also view your total expenditure in your account.
You will receive an invoice for your payment by email and in your customer account.
Privacy Policy
Do not enter any personal data belonging to clients. The American and Asian LLMs* do not comply with the requirements of the GDPR – the data you enter may be used for training purposes. This is always the case when using ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Deepseek, etc.
EXCEPTION
Mistral – this French AI is GDPR-compliant, stores your data on European servers and does not use your inputs for training purposes.
No content from your exercises or answers is stored on our servers. The exercise texts and your answers are forwarded directly to the LLM servers via an API (interface between computer systems).
